The short answer is no if you refer to the RV site being considered a primary residence for tax purposes. However, you can live on the property for seven months a year. Children are not permitted to utilize the school system in the Town of Preston.

Strawberry Park is open to owners and seasonals year round. Between Nov and April there is no water at the sites, but the bath house is open by the office. Between Nov 1 and April 1 you are only allowed to stay overnight for 30 days because of local zoning laws.

I know they used to give them. I'm not sure if they still have them. I'm seasonal there, not management. I haven't seen as many day pass people this year, as you might know it is a campground/campground/co-OP I'm not sure if it's been voted out, you'd have to call them

I don't think they have actual cabins, like some campgrounds, but they do have private RV"s, mobile homes and campground models that they do have as rentals

About 800 a week for a cabin or they rent trailors for about 700 or you could bring a tent for about fifty dollars a night but be aware there are no horses or horseback riding i hope this was helpful 😊
