Avoid living near the park. Every day soccer fanatics will take up all of the parking spots from the residents. You won't be able to go in or out at your convenience. Reckless youths speeding down the narrow street and doesn't even know to yield.

The walk path behind the park is really nice. You can see all kinds of wildlife here like Coyotes and deer and all kinds of birds.
