Maybe you need to update tour driver's license address. I did the same thing. Dmv should ask, but they don't. So people sometimes mess up and order a renewel twice like I did. And it goes to the old address. I only have a few days left til expiration. Dmv human resources are pretty lazy in telling you this. So people have to suffer not knowing about updating their address. To have their new driver's license sent to the correct and updated address.
