It says it closes at 17:00 (5pm) on Saturday. We were there at 4:30pm and could not find the kiosk.

The workers around area 17 we're completely awesome.. I'm disabled from brain cancer treatment at age 36 and had to come in to get my license and needed to take a test. The workers were really helpful and nice. Being at the DMV can be intimidating and stressful especially if you have to take a test so having employees that are kind and actually helpful goes a long way in my book.

DMV website and google both say they are open today for kiosk use but they are not open on Saturdays!

The kiosk is in a AAA office that is now open. I was there on Tuesday and someone was using the kiosk (distance and covering required). You can transfer in to you name any title using the customer service DMV but you must be a AAA member to use it. As for the Kiosk. Never used it..
