Bought a home built in 2015 - we are the 3rd owner. Overall it's OK but you can tell that the attention to detail is really not too good. I believe they used some workers with pretty poor skills. There are approximately 14 interior doors in the house - bedrooms, bathrooms, closets. About half the doors are noticeably out of plumb. They will swing closed by themselves. Our Master BR door - I kid you not, is approximately 1-1/2 inches out of plumb!! Whoever framed that door, either does not own a level, or does not know how to use one. 1-1/2 Inches from top to bottom of the door frame. How in the world could someone frame a door that badly. I bent all three hinges really A LOT, but the door still swings closed - can't keep it open.
