Apartments themselves are fine, but I've never lived at an apartment complex run by such abysmal staff. They're never available, maintenance issues will take literal weeks to be addressed let alone fixed, and their portal for paying bills is cryptic and barely functional. If you use autopay, expect surprise late fees. Not worth the money, rent anywhere else. (try a place that'll actually answer the phone)

I have lived here a year and a half. I hear gunshots regularly with one person recently being shot in the complex. The amenities are locked and inaccessible. There is trash everywhere. They use unjust and unethical practices to charge you above and beyond your rent. I started out paying $1388. My current rent bill is $1875. None of the charges are for damages I have done or me not living up to my lease, but they justify with a lease full of legal jargon.
