I've been here for 6 years and I love the property. Our building is really quiet and the neighbors are super friendly. But I really wanna get into the new management. They're absolutely AMAZINGG!!!!! Mya has been really fast to help and super courteous. Love it! 😊

I enjoyed living at Alaris Village. The apartment I occupied was very spacious and clean. Maintenance was consistently prompt to respond and helpful. There was a decent amount of parking and the grounds(grass, trees, bushes) are kept up well. A second dumpster & second recycling bin would be helpful as trash typically piles up especially over the weekends. Upgraded appliances (flat top stove, side by side fridge) & carbon monoxide detectors would be great. The amazon locker room was a plus and the gym and pool. The playground is a plus. The theater would be great if there wasn't a fee to use it and if it had extended hours. An emergency exit could also be useful. The leasing office is beautiful and the new staff seems kinder than the previous staff. The rent is on the high-end for most families in Winston-Salem but is comparable if not better than smaller apartments in town. It's a good place to live.

I am upset with RECarroll management all together. They charge what they would like for the water bill. It is not accurate at all. They are not efficient with correcting issues but are quick to charge excess fees. I am moving soon and I cannot wait to leave. They are fraudulent all around. The gate isn’t working half of the time. Be careful of the maintenance guys. They will damage your things. I don’t trust this apartment complex either. They do not stand behind what they say before moving in. I would suggest to look elsewhere. It looks nice but even parking is horrible. Maybe numbering the parks would help but I shouldn’t have to do my job and yours as well.
