Wonderful place to visit but the best time to visit is feb. March and April when there is more water running down the river

We were covered in TICKS after a short hike! Be careful. Cool spot with good views of the canyon. Small picnic/park area. Would consider it more of a rest stop.

I can’t say I’ve seen a lot of gorges in my life, but this one has to rank up there with the best of em. The view is absolutely amazing. You can even walk right to the edge and look straight down. It’s a little terrifying, especially on a day as windy as today was. Also, why is the water so pretty down at the bottom? It’s this greenish/blue and it’s unreal. After you see the gorge make sure you hop in the car and take the road down to see Woodys Cove. It was so windy, it was kicking up the water from the falls and it looked so rad. As far as gorges go I don’t think you could ask for anything better.

I was traveling to Pocatello and saw this beauty from the road and immediately had to stop! Took my drone out and captured some amazing pictures of what I feel is a mini Grand Canyon, definitely worth the stop!

Its a small park. U can park in 1 place and walk the rest of the park but u can drive and pull up to many of the stops and just walk up a 100 feet or so to the marked sites. Its interesting park but a bigger version of the the gorge would be the perrine bridge which I thought was way cooler. I didn't see a falls that I can say, wow!
Yes to both, however, you will have to pay the entrance fee. Our parks passes are affixed to our vehicles not our bikes. I believe the price is 5 Dollar.
Yes, all picnic sites and trailheads are accessible via car. If you want to see any of the other natural sites, however, you will need to use the hiking trails. Also, we can see the timestamp on your question. Adding the date is unnecessary, albeit appreciated.
Water is clear. The mosses growing on the rocks make the water look green. Not sure if alge trives in underground water.
Hello Patty, we do not have hot tubs or a campground at this time. We started construction on the campground last week but it won't be done until next year sometime. However, there are several RV spaces available in Hagerman and there are two hot springs just outside of town (Miracle and Banbury Hot Springs).
58⁰ year round
The picnic area is not flooded. Come on down
The part that Toni mentioned is just the first stop of 8. I would say 60 to 90 minutes to drive through the park and see all of the stops.
It is not open for overnight parking. There is a $5.00 fee for staying there a whole day.
No camp sites. There is a commercial camp ground close to entrance.
