Kindness goes along way in any business. I did not receive that today when I called, only irritability and impatience. If the policy had been kindly explained the first call you wouldn’t have received a follow up call for clarification. I would bet you lose business being rude to people calling for help.

I have been bringing our dogs to Lexington Animal Clinic for nearly 20 years. Dr. Kristina and her staff are always pleasant and managed to be cheerful, even during the worst of the Covid epidemic. Dr, Gilbert examined our 2 large rescue dogs thoroughly and helped us create a treatment plan when one of our pups had a problem. Lady is recovering from her second ear infection. She is being screened for food allergies as this has a direct relationship to ear problems (who knew)! Dr. Kristina has seen us through some very rough times with our past dogs. She is compassionate and helped us make the toughest of decisions for our last two dogs. I would not hesitate to bring my dog or cat to her. Her support staff does a great job handling clients and pets. The entire staff is to be commended for a job well done…even on the hardest days! Thanks for everything Dr. K! Peggy Kubic
