Worst experience ever! The web site said walk ins only. When I got there 1 patient was in the office. I was told I’d be in to see the Nurse Practitioner next. 5 minutes later the patient left and the NP closed the door and was on the phone. 30 minutes later I asked why I wasn’t being seen. I only needed a refill on an antibiotic for an ear infection that they (CVS) diagnosed the week before and prescribed 7 days of treatment. Most antibiotics are prescribed for 10 days or more. The rude NP didn’t even get out her chair, stuck her head out the door and said she wouldn’t see me, that I had to go to a specialist (without even looking in my ear)! My ear was almost better, just another week of amoxicillin would take care of the remaining infection. So. Making me wait with no other patients there. Putting phone calls ahead of waiting patients. Refusing to even see me and Rude! This NP needs to find a lab job and not deal with the public. I recommend going somewhere else!

Please make certain they file your insurance correctly. What should of been a copay of $25 is a bill for $139. The insurance company confirmed they didn't bill through insurance and they called multiple times and couldn't get thru. I have been on hold for over 1 hour now as I write this. Even tried doing this online but they will not allow you to enter your insurance information they just only want full payment (from what I could figure out). Day of Appointment: I was there 30 minutes before they opened for appointments and others with their phone registered ahead of me and my appointment was 2 hours later. Now, can't get billing correct. When I needed a refill they wouldn't do it and CVS told me by practice they will not call in refills. I so wish, I could of waited an extra day to see my family doctor. The concept is good but their execution didn't seem adequate.

Kimberly, the nurse practitioner was extremely professional and timely. I waited no more than 5 minutes. Scheduling online ahead of time is the way to go!

Glenda, in the Minute Clinic, was about as condescending as she could have been. Being lectured about antibiotics is not what I needed today. She spent more time typing my insurance info than examine my child. What a huge waste of time.
