I am very disappointed. I've been taking my dog here to paws and claws for five years. Now the past few months are horrible. All my appointments get cancelled, last minute by the vet. Or when I try to make an appointment, I'm told that doctor Michael is on leave of absence, don't know when he will be back. Ps he's the only doctor. Don't understand what is going on, I'm currently looking for a new vet. This place used to be awesome, I would recommend to anyone. Not anymore. Shame.

This company has no one in management. Especially from front desk Staff was argumentative rude Unprofessional and disrespectful. I was quoted 400 to 700 dollars for surgery to remove 2 bad teeth plus growths on gum. When I got her home the growth removed from one side of mouth. The other side was trimmed. They charged 900 for the vet fees bill to remove growth he did not remove. The amount they asked me to pay was 1000 dollars over quoted price. when I asked the dr about the biopsy he stated well you have to have money and lots of it for that I did not pay 1800. I could say so much more.

Questions & Answers

We have a cat the has a dislocated hip. We really don't have any money to take him, the kids are upset and idk what to do about him. The poor thing is in so much pain and I feel horrible for him I keep praying that God can ease some of the pain.

Perhaps start a go fund me page to help with bill for treatment. Call some local vets and inquire about your unfortunate circumstance and they may be able to give you other options to ensure cat gets the care she needs.
