Very poor service, very unprofessional. The doctor we were scheduled for was Dr. Brinkley, the son, but they stated he didn't have any appointments the week of, even though we were already scheduled for him. I agreed to move my children to another doctor. BAD IDEA. The other physician Dr. Jegre was very rude and unprofessional. I had 3 children and they stated I could only go back with one child unlike our doctors office on harbison. I was not able to sit in with the children during exam. He made comments while in the room with the children that should not have been said. I would not recommend and will not be back to that doctor. Dr. Brinkley and his son however are great.

I called this Walmart Vision & Glasses to make an eye exam appointment. A woman answered the phone stating the Walmart Vision greeting. When I expressed that I want to make an appointment for the following weekend I was aburtly told "THIS IS NOT THE DR OFFICE, THE DR OFFICE IS CLOSED"...I was confused because I thought I was calling Walmart Vision & Glasses . So I asked "so I can't make an appointment for next week? Again she stated that THIS IS NOT THE DR OFFICE, THE DR OFFICE IS CLOSED" and began blurting out another phone number to call. I found her customer service skills to be impolite and uncourteous with an uncaring tone. I will not ever try to make another appointment there and advise anyone reading this to find a "Real Optical Center" that will treat customers like they would like to be treated.

Extremely slow service, 1 hour only typing and staring at screen, asking same information and insurance card over and over again, if you are going there you need the day off to finish
