Mr. Haynes, you can get a copy of your 1099 by going to PEBA's website, www.peba.sc.gov. Select the Member Access button on the right and either log in to your account or establish and account for yourself. Once you are in the Member Access portal, you should see the option to print a copy of your 1099 under your name and address.
