someone please help them get their website working. i called and now there phones are out of order. they refused to send 1099r by email and your ss only has 4 numbers for security. please i want to file taxes on time.

Membership is mandatory as a condition of your employment with a covered employer unless you are in a position or classification of employment specifically exempted from membership by statute.

Mr. Haynes, you can get a copy of your 1099 by going to PEBA's website, www.peba.sc.gov. Select the Member Access button on the right and either log in to your account or establish and account for yourself. Once you are in the Member Access portal, you should see the option to print a copy of your 1099 under your name and address. If you should need further assistance, please contact PEBA's Customer Contact Center at 803.737.6800.

I retired from Berkeley County School 11/2017 I returned to work for Dorchester School System in 01/2018 can I also retire from Dorchester County also or only once in the state of SC
