I found Franklin Equipment on the Internet in a search for some machinery. I started at the Spartanburg location where I was treated like a family member the first time I came in. Went to the Columbia location to continue my search and rented some more equipment. Even got to visit the Ohio location to pick up a machine I purchased. Long story but everyone at every location I have visited has been great. Very helpful and courteous. They will go way out of their way to ensure that you are satisfied with the rental or purchase, and they are sincere in their efforts. Rental rates are well below the other competitors and the equipment is in much better condition. These guys are on your side if you’re trying to run a business or just get a simple home project completed. I highly recommend Franklin Equipment no matter which location you use.

Outstanding Customer Service and excellent equipment!! Justin, Tony & William really know their stuff when it comes to taking care of a customer, especially a new one. Everyone there has a smile and a hello when you enter the building. I called and had to hang up, they returned my call just from seeing the caller ID and boy am I glad they did!
