We LOVE our experience at Miami double decker. The guide (sorry I can’t remember her name) was AWESOME, very knowledgeable about places we visited, super friendly, nice and funny. Spanish and English guide all the way, She was above and beyond with my little niece answering her questions. Places we visited were so beautiful (south beach, coconut Grove, little Havana, bayside…) we couldn’t take the boat tour because we had a plane to catch but for sure we will come back and book the same tour!! We LOVE it #miamidoubledecker

Really great time! We sat on the upper deck even though it was a super hot day, but the ocean breeze was cool so that definitely helped. Tour guide was fun and knowledgeable and we recommend this!

We did the Miami Combo Tour, was a great way to see the major sites in one day. All the tour guides/drivers we had we were friendly and knowledgeable. The first bus that came filled up before we could board and although the driver said there would be another, there was little else communication or reassurance from any other staff. The city tour open-top buses weren’t the newest or cleanest but did the job. The bus we had for the trip down to the Everglades was comfortable. FYI: We also saved 10% on the tickets by using the Viator app
