I would give them five stars for the surgery but getting in contact with them and finding their office three stars is pushing it. I had back surgery and I walked all over the compound before I found their location. Walking for 30 minutes with a bad back is not fun. I suggest they be more detailed in their whereabouts and make it possible to talk to a person to get directions

Was referred to lmc brain and spine for pain management. Everything seemed ok. They listened and I thought were on board with a game plan to get me back "normal". I have a phobia of needles, but was in extreme pain. So I agreed to have injections done for migraines n spine pain. Made it through injections in head for migraines. Back pain continued to get worse so I went back. This time everything is different. My previous experiences I was laid flat on my stomach to get injections in my back. This time Dr Lawson tells me to sit facing the wall. No nurse to assist n I didn't take anymore bc my previous appt they weren't allowed in. Nurse was in room with myself and Dr blackmon at first appt. A normal flinch is all I did bc as I stated Im scared. She(Lawson) refuses to do injections. Looked at notes she and previous Dr describe me as being dramatic 😂. And referred me back to the first pain management office I seen before them. The one they agreed wouldn't bring me any relief. Just when I thought I found a place with good Drs who truly care here I go again. Looking for another. The lies they pass on makes it even worse. I'm scared of needles but take the shots give blood etc as needed. She didn't want to or even try to help calm me or better the situation. All I asked is if the nurse could come back in or I lay flat on table. No was the answer. Dealing with back injury this has to be the worst state to receive good quality care. I been stopped taking pain meds bc they would just give them without any plans or discussion on next steps. I want to know what's wrong n how to heal it or make best of my situation. Now I'll be traveling in looks of better care. These ppl are a joke. They discuss us with all other Drs n not in the most pleasant way all times. Then we became labeled dramatic, hard to care for, n the worst one med seeker/abuser. I live in pain daily asking for help is too much for the very ones who took an oath to provide it.

I recently completed my physical therapy sessions at Lex Brain & Spine Rehab facility. Thanks to Scott, Katlain, and Janell for their help and encouragement. My goal was to be able to walk like I had before my fall and continue with my daily activities. With their plan (2 days a week with their guidance) in addition to (2X daily for 7 days at home), today I walked 1 1/2 miles in my hilly neighborhood without pain. My daily activities have greatly improved. This has been the best physical therapy experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional and provided me with the results I was hoping for. Check-in always went smooth and professional. Thanks again.

Dr. Engh is absolutely phenomenal. His staff and all the staff that I had encountered at Lexington Medical Center were all phenomenal as well. I will definitely recommend Dr. Engh to ANYONE. He explains things in a way that makes sense and is easy to understand. I cannot say enough great things about him, his staff or the actual hospital/staff. I'd give a thousand stars 🌟 if I could!!!

On the questionnaire there is a question asking if your problem is from a work related accident so I would assume so but you might want to double check. Good luck
