YOU CAN DO BETTER- Don't stay here. I booked this place for a week while looking for a house. Muncie wants affluent remote workers to move here, and I needed some sort of place to stay and keep working while househunting. Their housekeepers disturbed us while I was working daily, woke my sleeping toddler, and also interrupted me taking my dog out to relieve himself. The owner's harpy wife supervised the maids daily and wouldn't let me exchange dirty linens for clean, or put trash out in the hall for collection, or give me fresh trash bags. After the first week of this, the trash full of my son's diapers and my dog's puppy pads stank. They 'requested' we check out. The next hotel (with an 8 in the name) has been great!

Great location for my trip. Not been to Muncie often so very each to get to for where I needed to be. Got a hug this morning from one of the house keepers and it was super nice that she was so nice to me.

I’ve had multiple encounters with who I believe may be the owner and he’s nothing but rude. Was accused of smoking in the room, which was a complete lie. He seems to have a problem with black people. Halfway through a week stay I had to switch from room 141 because it held so much moisture, which caused mold to grow on the ceiling and inside of the A/C unit. Do not book at this borderline roach motel, they’ll attempt to squeeze you for whatever the can

I've stayed here many times while visiting Muncie. The facility itself is solid. Clean rooms, good linens, etc... What irked me during this last visit was the paucity of breakfast options. Not even an envelope of instant oatmeal to be found. There's a sign out saying this is a public health change, but many other motels have managed to provide instant oatmeal in the current public health crisis. I feel like the management just wanted to cut costs and blame it on covid. I'll keep staying here when I have to travel to Muncie, but I want readers of these reviews to know that nothing awaits them except cold cereal now.
