I’ve been to some clean pilots but this one was nasty. Used pads and tampons in almost every single bathroom. Literally a biohazard. I won’t be back to this location if I can avoid it 🤢

I wanted to get some food, their pot roast is really good. No one was at that counter, a cashier saw me standing there and ignored me. She left her register to go to the rear of the store, came back, looked at me and totally ignored me again. I will be contacting management there also. I will mention that I was going to spend quite bit of my money here, but I guess sales doesn’t matter to them!

On a Holiday Sunday, Charlotte the attendant from Pilot was hustling to ensure travellers had clean restrooms and all with an incredible smile and positive cheerful disposition...cleaning toilets is not a glamourous job. This girl deserves a raise. Treat her well folks or someone else will. A grateful Canadian traveller.

One of the best PILOTS I’ve visited! I’m a truck driver and I value good service. The staff are all nice and this place has plenty of parking for truckers and for regular cars. It also has a Dairy Queen and Wendy’s inside‼️😝🙌🏽Thanks for sharing that with us! We hope to see you again soon. :)
