Have been car shopping randomly for a few weeks. Started talking to Terrence online for a couple weeks and he was very helpful and courteous. Went in to Nissan on a day that Terrence was not working and we were greeted promptly by Don. He was very patient, courteous, happy and helpful in finding exactly what we wanted. He made this process very easy and would HIGHLY recommend going to this dealership for any and all of our future needs. Great place and great staff. All around great experience from online to in person.

I was in the market for a car for a few weeks and had stopped at Kia, Hyundai, and Subaru dealerships before stopping into Nissan of Omaha. Nobody had what I wanted in a car and I was looking to order almost everywhere. I reached out on an inquiry for a sport Altima. Terrance reached out to me right away and I set up an appointment to come in and meet him. I was immediately greeted at the door which was super welcoming. We sat down and he was able to work with me on what I wanted in a car. He actually had a brand new one on the lot that I test drove and fell in love with. Super cool and very knowledgeable guy. He even help me set up an appointment the following morning to get my windows professionally tinted to go with that all black look. All around a very professional and amazing experience. You guys earned a Nissan person for life. Stop in and see Terrance if you are looking for a new car!

Every once in awhile someone takes the time to make things easier for you. That was my experience with Terrance at Nissan of Omaha. I have bought 3 cars from him so far and I know I’ll return to buy another! Professional, courteous, a perfect example of how car buying should be. I would trust the dealerships answer more than Google answers tbh. But probably not much different than standard leasing "restrictions"/rules
They wear their masks, insist everyone wears their masks, and keep everyone properly separated. Their practices were great.
No, this place will steal your car out from under you and put you in a less than satisfactory piece of junk.
Maybe you should call them? Depends on how difficult it is to get the part. Typically only takes a couple of hours to replace one.
