These people really should have their business license revoked for unethical behavior. As several other people have said their prices are ridiculous because they charge you for things you don't need. I called the mountain needed one piece of a pipe on my bathroom sink and one plug-in spray nozzle for my kitchen sink. The owner made them tell me they would have to replace both of my faucets to do this. Neither of my faucets are broken. Please don't insult your customers your customers are not stupid and they know what they need and what they don't need. I simply needed a plug in spray nozzle for my kitchen sink and one piece of my pee trap reconnected and this man was going to charge me 675$ for two facets.
