On 6/1 a tech came to my home for a water leak repair. After 30 minutes he came back with a 10k estimate. I paid almost 200 dollars for a quote that was severely lacking in detail. I was told it would take 2-3 days and cost $9700. I could pay 1 man $100 dollars an hour for 2 weeks at that rate. I called the company stating that I would like for someone to review that information and please explain why the cost is so high, but I have had no follow up on the matter. Be careful when dealing with this company.

Before I buy a new Toilet for my bathroom, should I have a plumber look at my bathroom. I would like a higher Kohler or Toto bathroom toilet. I was told by one of your plumbers that the distance between the wall and the toilet is shorter than most.

If you suspect that it may be closer than a 12" rough in toilet, then yes. Have a licensed plumber inspect it! There are different sizes.
