Lousy billing. Inaccurate. Incorrect. This company attempts to collect MEDICAL DEBT, that is already covered by insurance or by MEDICARE or by MEDICAID, or that has already been paid. Review your bill. Keep calling the original medical provider. Just horrible. Keywords: credit report, collections, collection agency, bad credit, hospital bill, ER, emergency bill, incompetent or just a scam...probably in cahoots with the doctor-owned corporation. Slamming an insurance denial, or an improperly applied payment, to collections IS a lot easier...than actually learning how to do medical billing.

The website billpay section is so scammy-looking. This is the same issue I had with the doctors bill when i withheld payment. What does it take to link the billing records with the website? When i have to type in the total along with my information, I cant help but think scam.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. This company is the worst. I was put into collections by mistake and they were told to remove me. Not only did they keep calling and harassing me for money I did not owe them….they called me a liar multiple times. After 2 months of back and forth with the office that told them to remove me because I shouldn’t have been reported they finally took it off my credit report….and then 2 weeks later they reported me AGAIN!! The account is paid off with the doctors office I had the bill with and AR resources are impossible to talk you. They don’t let you get a word in and I was hung up on…called a liar multiple times harassed with phone calls… and reported to my credit which lowered my score for a bill I didn’t even owe them. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating people so poorly. I don’t know how they sleep at night.
