Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont offers free tax services to those who had a household income of less than $55,000 in 2018 through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. Goodwill operates two VITA sites - one at the Goodwill Opportunity Campus, located at 5301 Wilkinson Boulevard in west Charlotte, and one at its Gastonia Job Connection, located at 116 Armstrong Street in Gastonia.
