It was a bit overwhelming, we went on a Saturday, so that aided the overwhelm a bit. Sorting through bins was a bit taxing, trying to push by everyone else, but also exciting! My son found some stuff he really seemed to like, and the pricing is way better than other thrift shops around. The bathroom only had two stalls for the ladies room, definitely not enough! I will probably make my way back on a weekday morning next time.

Pre-picking before the new bin cones are removed has really gotten WAY out of hand! MANAGEMENT PLS ENFORCE this ASAP. Folks scoop clothes when employees turn their back while wheeling out new bins. No bueno.

I recently went on a Friday afternoon. It was crowded, but manageable. I have been here multiple times and will continue to go when I am in town.

Good Afternoon Mr. Rowe, Thank you for your question. The second editions outlet is strictly a retail location that sells merchandise from our main line stores. If you have official needs in regards to seeking employment you may visit the Job Resource Center that is located within the same building our Goodwill Opportunity Campus at 5301 Wilkinson Blvd. The team members there will be able to assist you in many different areas. Thank you and have a good day.
Good evening Mya B. No, you don't have to bring your own bags. And it was either a $1.29, or $1.49 per pound. If you haven't been, you really need to. It's the best one in Charlotte. Have a nice weekend.
No, we do not sell pallets of books. Clothing, shoes, accessories, purses and plush toys are sold by the pound at $1.59, while books, furniture, electronics, toys and housewares are offered at 50% off the ticketed price.
Yes. But instead of bins like used for clothes bags ect. Household items are more on shelves on the walls run into some furniture items a small toy section a bicycle sport area a stand for TVs then you have your DVD CD walls then shoe wall of shelves and finally you're electronic usually household coffee makers microwaves ect and to the final corner of store with large household or electronics or furniture items depending what's been donated...all clothjngs including shoes bags ect are 1.50/lb. Yet all other stuff like toys and household items have price stickers and are always 50% off of those prices so u have to do a little math but usually it's at a steal maybe sometimes yet rarely not.
