The dogs are aways nervous on our vet visits but the staff helps calm them down especially our Great Dane. She take up quite a large amount of space to settle down and all the staff are great with her.

Won’t be back. My experience at first was very favorable with Dr. Bowen. He was communicative and kind. I cannot say the same for my experience with Dr. Webster, the owner. I tried to get a call back from him to discuss my dogs test results but was told to only communicate via email. This mode of communication doesn’t allow for quick questions to be addressed easily. Every other vet I’ve been to over the past decade has always called to discuss test results and next steps. Not here. I needed to drop my dog dropped off for further testing. I received a text the night before with the drop off timeframe. My dog was dropped off WITHIN this timeframe, however Dr. Webster was immensely unprofessional in handling the “late” drop off. The week prior he mentioned 8:30. The text the night before indicated anytime BETWEEN 8:30-9:30am. one would reasonably believe the text was accurate. But what was shocking Is HOW Dr. Webster handled this…that the owner of a practice would treat a customer so poorly…literally yelling as he came down the hall is unacceptable.

They're always so helpful, and it's easy to schedule an appointment when I need one. Great staff!

Took my golden in for her yearly check up and as always it was a great experience for us. Dr. Webster and his team are wonderful! I highly recommend.
