There isn't a point in making an appointment twice once for my oil change and the next time for my inspection I went to the service center and was told it would take more than an hour, and they could not help me. So what is the point in making an appointment? Prior I'd been coming to the service center for almost 3yrs.

They are charging 15% over MSRP. Stay away from this dealership or any other that practice this thievery. Us buyers will remember the dealerships that tried to take advantage of us during these hard times. Please do your research there are many other dealerships with integrity still charging MSRP!

Just bought a highlander at Westbury Toyota and the experience was great. Received a better deal than Smithtown Toyota. Mohammad Dar was an amazing salesperson to deal with. He was courteous, polite and personable. We didn’t feel pressure and he made sure we were taken care of. It’s nice to have that kind of customer service in today’s world.
