There's Ciao Cafe. They have light breakfast and lunch - pastries, sandwiches, salads, soups, that kind of thing. Also snacks and beverages. The food is good, actually.

There is usually a drop box your key, you may need to fill-up some paperwork along with your key.
What he said. Cost of a new key fob could cost you a hundred or so. Newer models a little more and remote start units.
