Absolutely poor experience from the service department. I dropped my car GLC 300 for service almost 3 weeks ago. They claim that due to the shortage of the cars they cannot provide a loaner car, and due to the demand of the vehicles with shortage of parts they cannot repair the car quickly, how do they expect us to commute. No accountability from the entire service department including the manager, I wouldn't recommend this place to enjoy your luxury car experience.

I would stay away from this dealership's service. I had a service appt on Tuesday, but I was told that I would have to leave my car and would not be able to have it back until Thursday or Friday. When I tried to reschedule so that I could get a loaner, I was told that loaners are only available to those who purchased their car from this dealership. We only have one car, so I called Mercedes of Bridgewater. They said no problem getting a loaner. You decide. Does this work for you?

MERCEDES THE BEST CAR IN THE WORLD, RAY CATENA OF UNIO THE WORST AGENT IN THE WORLD? Ray Catena of Union - NJ - THE Award-winning agent of Mercedes, The WORST ever experience that too after paying $2500 deposit and $10,000 premium over and above Mercedes iconic first electric car EQS 580 (VIN # W1KCG4EB1NA020923). On May 11,22 at the time of paying deposit, Anthony promised to deliver the car by end of June, but delayed , on July 26, Anthony confirmed delivery before Aug 05, 22, on the assurance of Mr. Anthony and after taking his permission, we sold our TESLS S100 on July 27, 22, On Aug 05, he told us the car is ready to pick up, but within 30 mins informed us, car needs modification and delivery by end of Aug ! we requested for Loaner which they refused, but they promise to reimburse $1500 against loaner ( But gave credit of $1000 only), on Aug 11, car was ready to pick up, after making full payment ($147,500), we went to pick up the car, the assistant of Anthony Aiello, showed us the car features, he confirmed Tesla charger works on EQS , but Mr. Anthony later confused us by saying separate charging unit to be installed ( Later we checked Amazon the adaptor J1772 EVs for $159 ! next day delivery), Mr. James the Manager confirmed any electrician can install the charger, we called up our certified electrician Mr. Warner, he informed James, for this work special electrician required. We were totally confused. We requested James to check on google and Amazon, JAMES AND ANTHONY BOTH REFUSED, we requested them to keep the car with them till we are clear on charger, THEY FLATLY REFUSED. Finally, after wasting 5 hrs, we left without taking delivery of the car. Matter was too small , both James and Anthony made it complicated (due to their stubbornness, ego, un-professional and indecent attitude?) Anthony promised to refund full amount very next day, we got refund yesterday ( After five days) he did mail informing refund within seven days, but refused to reply because the deal is concluded which is extremely rude. WONDERING TWO SENIORS AND ONE ASSISTENCE OF RAY CATENA OF UNION HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT THE CHARGING UNIT COMPETIBILITY WITH TESLA !!!!

If the noise is affected by steering movement while the engine is running it's possible that the system wasn't bled properly you may have air in there or a small possibility that you received a defective pump. You have to determine exactly the source of the noise. It's best to take it to a reputable shop. You said a whistling noise and that type of noise don't generally come from the steering you probably meant a whirring noise. It's cheaper to get an expert diagnosis than to guess.
