We provide masks if needed and we do indeed have sanitizing stations for everyone to use. Hello Rachel. While we don't have a repair tech on staff, we do have recommendations of service techs you can contact. But first we would like to talk to you to understand exactly what you have. It may be as simple as replacing the batteries in the remote's receiver (this is very common).
