I am in the middle of renovating an office space and I have had to frequent Home Depot frequently over the past two months. I have had some challenges with some folks in kitchen designs being rude and nonchalant about their rudeness, receiving damaged merchandise, or a lack of store support (these stores are severely understaffed). I kept my score at a 3 because I always seem to encounter a caring and helpful spirit just when I’ve gotten ready to write them off, there has always been one or two people that have been extremely helpful, caring, and inviting- they have kept me as a customer. I realize the times that we are in and understand the staffing issues which unfortunately has attributed to burn outs and poor service. I had someone unleash on me in the store and had a breakdown of sorts and all I was looking for was molding. I laughed it off because I felt bad for her- Home Depot get it together!
