Insomnia Cookies

The was my first time ever trying insomnia cookies, the cookies alone were very good I was pleased by the food. Staff on the other hand I was not. since it was my first time it was a struggle to understand what exactly I was ordering the lady taking our order didn’t really explain it to us she just waited until we figured it out and also did not completely understand what we ordered and did not repeat it back and she just went with it, so we were given two cookies that were not asked for but they were still good. Besides that they all looked liked they were just wearing pajamas…? i’m not sure if that’s the theme of the restaurant since it’s late at night and getting cookies but they should still have uniforms no one should just be in regular baggy clothes you’re still serving food to people weather it just be cookies or not and it look like their refrigerator they had to sell drinks to customers also had their own prep as you would say in the cooler as well which is just not right and not to mention the door alarm every time someone walks in is quite frankly annoying and very loud. The main thing that I always look into is customer service and not once was that provided to us whatsoever.

It was awful. I go there all the time and I've never seen it like this. By the time I got my order which was incorrect because they didn't have any peanut butter cookies, there were 15 people waiting. I spent a half hour in there.

Ordered from here 2 separate times, my cookies have been stolen by the driver both times. I work at the hospital and we order cookies for patients before surgery, insomnia doesn’t even care to deliver the cookies I paid for even when it’s for a literal dying person. No apologies, nothing. Never, ever, order from here if you like getting what you paid for.

Very rude service. Was told by employee that they only do online orders. So I placed an order through Door Dash while running errands. Returned back to the store 45min later to only have to wait an additional 30min to get my cookies which were burnt. Watched 2 employees repeatedly serve ice cream with no gloves on. Place needs a visit from the health department. I wouldn’t recommend patronizing this location.
