We have a very large family and Steak ‘n Shake is a great stop for us. Our servers are always so sweet. They’re great with the children and understanding of special needs.

Staff... Food.. prices... Cleanliness... This place is IMPRESSIVE. I love the chance to go there each time. Their hospitality and cheerfulness to see us makes us feel like family. And we come from another state. But we stop there everytime we are by there.

This sounds like very much the exception and not the rule. When i have been, management has been great and respectful to their employees and customers.
I dont think any of their food is gluten free.
It sounds good might get to go one we have eat at almost every reastaront and love to try this one next
