First time eating at Penn Station and was not disappointed. They use peanut oil for their delicious fries and the philly was seasoned very well.

Fountain machine needed cleaned. Bathrooms were dirty. Burned my fries way too much. Very expensive. Probably will not be a returning customer.

Ordered a sandwich with no lettuce, Tom, or condiments. Sandwich delivered with lettuce and tomato. When we sent it back, they just took off the L & T and brought it back. I could have done that myself sparky. I wanted what I ordered.

Cookies were good, a little oily, but good. Fries were fair, they've been better. Long wait, high price, dirty waiting area. The worst part was it was an $80.00 that was only half right. Though the sandwiches were wrapped and ticketed properly, the completely wrong sandwiches were made. 2 of the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwiches had nothing on them except ranch, lettuce, tomato, and a single slice of bacon 🤦‍♀️
