I got the mvp breakfast the waffle was flat and hard not eatable, got grits with it then was changed for extra grits only got 1 order not 2, then pulling my napkin out of bag and there was a roach in the bag so gross, but no one has fixed this and I did call Corp and this lady Cassandra wont do anything to fix this.

Worst customer service ever. Hair in the food, pancakes was late as hell, daughters cheeseburger was the 2nd to last food served, floors were disgusting, woman's bathroom my wife said toilet was broken, workers had a attitude from hell, Mac n cheese was disgusting.

Food was good. Server and cook were cordial. Not overly friendly, but not at all rude. Restaurant was absolutely filthy. Beyond disgusting. Kind of ruined the experience for me. I'm a fan of HH, but I'll skip this one in the future.
