We've been buying from B. Willow for years now. The variety and quality of the plants are beautiful. We just recently bought a ficus altissima and we already have 3 new leaves! The customer service is wonderful. The people there are always happy to talk plants, plant care, and give you tons of tips. On top of it all, it feels good to support a woman-owned business. The owner is active in the community & does more than her share of good works.

B willow is more than a plant store, it’s a community hub. I’m not the best plant mom, so I mostly go there for gifts, and the occasional thing for myself and they have the cutest things. They always go above and beyond to help me be successful with my new plant baby and even answer questions about what I could do better with the plant babies I already have! They have things from other local businesses and classes, do not skip out on B. Willow!

I was also the only Black person in this store, in a highly gentrifying area so I’m not really surprised. When you entered the shop, my two employees were helping other people. Should they have stopped and said hi after you entered? Yes. I’m sorry they didn’t do that. After they had finished helping the others, they let you know that we could help answer any questions you might have. Soon after, you left.
