Why are the hours posted that they are open until 12 and it's currently 11:36am and the doors are locked. And nobody is available or a drive thru service available either.

Absolute worst bank ever!! Since Capital One took over, we’ve had tons of issues!! We’e been customers since 2006, but that’s about to change!!! Now, they are flagging many of my purchases as potentially fraudulent and claim there is nothing they can do to allow the payments to process!!

It’s been along time since I went inside the bank for service. I purposely tried to avoid going inside and dealing w/ that unprofessional staff, but unbeknownst, I saw new personnel. And the service was much better! The way it should be. I guess the word got around about the poor service and early closings of the past!

This the only capital one that closes at 5 according to them but you go at 3-4 and they are already closed. It’s been multiple times that I try to deposit money & they’re always close before 5.

You can pay it through the teller line if they have or the easiest way is to pay it on their Mobil app if you have bank account with them. With the app it's just a click.

Yes the atm is accessible. You have to use your bank card to swipe in. Yes you can make cash deposits. It all depends on the day you deposit the money. If it is a weekend it wont get deposited until Monday. I hope I've helped you
Plus the price of the check there is a $10 fee for processing and handling it. If you have special accounts they might be able to wave it for you. Check with them if you are qualified or not. Also, a cashier check usually is processed at teller line so make sure they have one. Lastly, when you buy a cashier's check, you pay upfront meaning you should have the money in your account at the time of the purchase. This check does not include your account information and it is traceable through the receipt number that you receive at the time of purchase so don't loose it.
