Product shipped and received in a timely manner, though the mandrels were not as expected. Some were rusty and the rust continues to grow like cancer. Others were fine and are without rust today. North Idaho is pretty dry in the winter, so humidity should not be much of an issue. Gummy tape residue requires solvent to remove prior to the mandrels serving a useful purpose.
