He sold me a lock Apple Watch for $200 today & now nobody is answering the phone. That’s okay, cuz I’m coming back down there Friday morning to get my money back!!!!I am sorry you had a problem with the watch, but we made you a full refund with no issue whatsoever. If a customer has a problem using an item and its our fault we refund them fully. Thank You

Customer service was not good. The bald, foreign guy in his forties was not at all helpful or knowledgeable about a particular device that he SWORE he knew better than I about. One star, fellas!We do not have anyone that works here that fits that description, so possibly you have the wrong store?
