I’m tired of getting appt. with a certain Dr on Mondays and getting called he’s not in. Oh can schedule You an appt. In 12 days. You change my appt. You should be able to work me in sooner. If Dr isn’t in on Mondays don’t schedule the appointment.

Was referred by primary care Doctor not first coast heart and Vascular center for testing on my leg, however the lady making the appointment took all my Insurance info she then made 1 appointment for leg and then 2 or 3 for heart test. I made first appointment no issues. The lady said I had to have another test done that someone didn't make so she made it for weeks out ,a oversight my the lady making the doctor appointments. Then I get 2 bills charging me like I didn't have insurance. Beware if you like headaches go to first Coast Hearth and Vascular. The right hand don't knows what the left hand is doing extremely disorganized.

Took my father here and they rescheduled his appointment without notification of the change. They did not honor the first appointment and made him wait over an hour to get seen.

Terrible customer service and absolutely appalling response from the receptionist when questioned why they were closing an hour early. Was told I dont have an appointment when I clearly do, why else would I be there. It certainly isn't for the customer service. What a joke of an establishment.
