I'm really disappointed with this practice! It went down hill within a matter of weeks ever since they hired new personnel in December 2021. The receptionist, front counter ladies are so unprofessional. On the day of my office visit last week, the one lady was singing loud and just being obnoxious. She didn't even acknowledge me when I first walked in. I stood at the window and had to get her attention to let back to use the bathroom! This place can't seem to keep personnel and the ones they do have are rude. Smh

This place don’t deserve a half start because of the service they have in the office, I’ll been calling them and they answer me and keep me on hold forever and I literally call them everyday and they do the same thing over and over they just keep people on hold for no reason

Excellent delivery, doctor, and nursing team. Doctor Lachaud is very patient and knowledgeable. When other doctors would have probably given up on my desire to have a VBAC, she let my body continue to safely progress and I was ultimately able to deliver without a c-section.
