This clinic is awful. The receptionists are rude and it’s pulling teeth to be seen. When you come in, you are referred to an urgent care without being seen. If you want attention, call the patient advocate. It will get them up and moving.

Yes it does
Your DD-214 and an ID. You must first be enrolled in VA healthcare. They can do all of that at the clinic.
The lab order is in the computer. All they have to do is pull it up.
They are pretty much going to tell you to exercise and watch your diet, regardless of the doctor you see. They may suggest the MOVE program, which involves going to a dietitian, but that is really about it. They won't do diet pills or liposuction.
To my knowledge the furthest north clinic is the JEFFERSON ST, outpatient clinic its by far the biggest in Jacksonville as well.
