Rude and very short. I would Not recommend this place if I could rate it a zero I would. Long wait times and when you're in pain this is Not a good thing. Just saying....

The receptionist at the Kingsley Ave. office is extremely rude and provided my husband and me with the worst patient experience to date. It is very unfortunate that someone who chose to interact with people on a daily basis lacks simple basic customer service skills with no regard for compassion towards patients. My husband and I have witnessed her behavior on more than one occasion as she speaks loudly and in a very disrespectful tone to everyone she interacts with at the receptionist desk. During the most recent visit on 6/8, everyone in the waiting area sat in uncomfortable silence while the receptionist chastised an elderly female patient for asking a simple question and made an unnecessary attempt to scold her further while she was waiting to be called. I've read other reviews and I see that other people have also commented on her behavior and the lack of professionalism they've had to encounter during their visit. I'm not sure why this type of behavior is accepted but it should be addressed immediately. I'm not sure how many receptionists are employed at this location but the one in question is an African American woman. Maybe additional customer service training could be beneficial but it has to get better or I will have no choice but to escalate my concerns.

I have been taking my father here since June 21. I never had a problem till today when some rude lady called me and said they can't see my father cause his insurance was changed and they needed a new referral. I told the lady when we was there last month my father was getting new health insurance and was there anything I needed to do and was told NO bring the new card to your next visit. When I told the lady that on the phone she responded well if you learned how to read we have signs all over our building. Which then I said we'll maybe you should train your staff due to I was told this information by multiple staff members. So here we are 15min before our appointment and not 1 person has called us back since 9am to let us know if we are able to come in. Everytime I call I'm being told this is the call center and I sent your message over when you call. I was like that's been 2 hours and I have been waiting since 9am for someone to call. My father is disable and has memory lost and it takes time to get him ready.

I sure do miss this place. I was a patient for about 3 years until they stopped accepting my insurance. I never had any issues and everyone was always nice. I definitely recommend them.

We do offer interventional treatment (injections) and medication management to keep her comfortable until we come up with a treatment plan best for her. Some of our injections are done in sets to make sure she gets the most relief possible. We can also refer her out for other treatment such as a surgeon if need be or physical therapy after we assess her. We would love to see her for a consultation! You can call the office at 904-264-0770 to get her scheduled. Records go back ten years so she should still be on record. We look forward to hearing from you! -Jessica V
