Unprofessional staff....I called to inquire about my brother and they played on the phone over and over then after calling several times eventually sent me to someone and that Unprofessional individual hung up in my face her name was alisa. I was soooo upset never been that upset. My brother was sent to the emergency room twice and all I did was inquire about what took place but because of the Unprofessionalism, they took me completely out of my character when they could have simply told me what happen. I was very calm initially but after so much playing the phone I was so upset. I work in Healthcare and that was truly unprofessional

I just called to require some information and the front desk lady hung up in my face. So unprofessional.

About what size are the rooms ?

Not exactly sure of the size, but most rooms I've been in have two single beds, two dressers, two night stands a shared closet(each resident has their own side) and a large bathroom. I guess about the same size as a shared hospital room. TV or phone is not provided and is the responsibility of the resident.

How do I get in contact of the people responsible of the CNA training program. I've submitted my application for that and have called 3 times. Everytime I call reception I literally get told "follow the steps or submit an application" which I have.

They already in training now. Don't call, go in person and sign up for the next class.
