Waited 45 minutes after hours of fasting to be told no walk-in's would be taken because they only had 3 people working. Watched cockroaches scurry by, I will never go there again!!

It took maybe 10 minutes after my appointment time before i went back, but everyone kept stopping the lady calling the names to go back so i can't fault them because customers stopping them. The lady was amazing. She listened when i told her that my veins rolled and moved, and how i was a recovering iv user, and to use the butterfly needle. And she did! One try was all it took! Usually i get stuck 4 + times with big needles before they switch to the butterfly. Thank you!
