I would give it no stars but it wont let me post if i dont give it 1 star. To make appointment you have to sit on the phone for ever, if the answer there phone. The girls at the front desk like to talk more then doing there jobs. I guess thats what they get paid for .Worst Doctor's office I have been to. Rude management and unprofessional, management and the doctor's and nurse have gone to school for aleast 5 to 10 years can't even fax a piece of paper in a timely fashion.

This is the most unorganized facility I’ve ever been to. You can expect at an hour wait before you ever make it back to see any doctor. If you have to get labs done they tell you that you don’t need an appointment but when you show up the first thing they ask is do you have a appointment and then you fill out a questioner and then settle in for a hour and a half wait. Then the people who take your blood are apparently all training because they poked my daughter twice and still didn’t get the job done. My family and I will NEVER go back to this place. I’m calling my insurance company and telling them about my experience also.

Completely unprofessional. I scheduled two weeks out and was informed two days before my appointment that no provider is available. I've been desperately needing to see a primary care provider and get this runaround and they won't even bother to try and work me in some other way. Avoid this group at all costs.

Staff are no good. Lost one of my early appointments, made me work for the next one. Doctors are also uncaring there too. A different one each time, tried to make it work but I have to repeat myself every time. Like strangers in each visit. And the last one kept shooting in the dark with someone else's chart info he confused with mine. And at the end wanted to draw blood for Hep C for no reason, "once in a lifetime test." And sneaked an AIDS test in too.. FOR NO REASON! I bugged out. Why?! Doctor never made eye contact or listened to me. Looking somewhere else for primary care, I don't know how others find this business acceptable. Draconian service. Only the nurses had heart.

Wearing mask and questioner and if you answer to any yes they send you straight down to be tested and seating is seperated in few seats together and if someone is tested they have wait for 2 wekks after the 2 week period to even be seen in office and they also have ask you when you call to set up appointments now they cant control everyone especially if they dont tell the truth so i can tell you this i feel safe going here and i have alot serious health issues and i also know for fact that they do everything they can to prevent what ever they can for their patients. I hope this helps you .ron tompkin
