On Sept 24th, we attended a birthday party and we handed over the gift at the front desk. They have not bought that gift to the party and lost it. When enquired, all we heard is they will try to find and let us know if they find it. We have not heard back and surely they misplaced and didn’t take any measure to even update us as to what happened.

My family and I have been here twice since August and have loved it each time. There is something for every age and size. Arena X was a blast as well!

I reserved a birthday party at ArenaX (affiliated with Big Air and connected to the Big Air Trampoline Park in Spartanburg SC). We arrived and checked in at Big Air with our waivers for ArenaX completed on line prior to arrival, I got the socks and the Kids passes for the party. We were all standing at the entrance to ArenaX’s obstacle course for 35 minutes without seeing any employee so I went to the front and asked about who we could get to assist us with our party. A very nice young lady, Taylor, made a few calls and said someone would be right there to help us. 10-15 minutes later Taylor came over and assisted our 6 kids ArenaX bracelets and she was kind enough to show me how to start the different obstacles as she was working at the front and wasn’t sure who would be in to work in the ArenaX area. I truly appreciated her help and for an hour and a half I was able to help my group reset for different challenges and I also stayed in the game play area because there were older teens in the area that had gone through an unlocked exit door. They were pretty rough playing with each other and had been rude and pushy to our group of 6-12 year olds. I was able to keep the situation under control as long as I was in the gated game area but as I went out to make sure the party was set up correctly a couple of the teen guys blocked our 6 year old girl from getting out of an area. I was walking back into the gates arena and there was a employee of Big Air inside the Arena as well (first we had seen of him or another employee in almost 2 hours), when he saw that I was inside the arena he very rudely told me that I had to leave. I attempted to explain the whole situation of Taylor showing me how to reset the games and how to get in to supervise my kids, but this employee was not interested in hearing it at all and just repeated that I had to leave and then he states “I am here now and you have to leave the area.”. I went to the front to speak to Taylor again and to ask that the older teens have some supervision while our younger group was there and Taylor was happy to assist. She walked over to the area and made the group of about 9 teens leave the Arena because they had not purchased access to ArenaX. So after 2 hours of being the “attendant” at the arena and playing body guard to our group of kids it was party time!! I was so relieved, thinking I could relax and watch the kids enjoy their presents and cake. The park host was great for the first 5 minutes and after that we didn’t see him again except in passing as he was assisting with multiple BBB We have had several party’s at Big Air and the kids and I have enjoyed them but this party was not in anyway handled in a professional manner with the exception of Taylor not one employee offered to help with the cake or anything. Thank you Taylor for being an amazingly mature and professional. You were very helpful even though you were very busy with your own job. Unfortunately, I will not book another party with Big Air/ArenaX I’m the future.

Went to big air with my 4 kids on what seemed to be a busy night. Everything was clean and my kids had alot of fun. The managers michael and leslie were on every situation that may have popped up and personally helped us when we had a few questions. Very refreshing to see staff work hard to keep things together and have customers happy and managers that actually take time to hear the small complaint we had "not with big air itsself but other jumpers". We deff will be back with the kids.

There is only an admission for those wishing to participate. If an adult wants to jump, there is an admission. If an adults wants to just watch, they would be FREE!
$23.00 for two hours. It was worth it. The kids did not get bored and did not get overheated. So two hours was just right for our family.
$15 first hour $8 hour for hours 2&3. They also have memberships which are the best deal.
They do give children birthday parties! And the usual cost is, 100 + dollars! But they do great ones! So I would recommend bringing your kid or your self here to celebrate your birthday.
It depends on which obstacle your on ....employees who works there are always watching and giving safely instructions
They have daily specials and on Thursday they have a good special which includes jumping, and pizza with a pitcher of your choice of drink, you should check that out

Your family will love the party's there our kid had a party there one time and loved it let me say happy birthday and have a big air special day
Yep they do have one, it's not a very big one though. More for kids, but it does have a sort of time trial thing to it
Mikel, this doesn’t sound like a question. However, there are risks associated with any athletic activity. This does not make Big Air a horrible place. In fact, our park is far safer than any other trampoline park in the area.
Yes

I'm pretty sure once your child is ready to go by them selves they can. At least to the point to where they are stable on the court.
I didn't know about any membership, we just pay the hourly rate when we go! Today we paid for 2 hours to support my daughter's friend's fundraising event and it cost $23 with 25% going to the USAW fund!
