Would be 2 stars joe and virgina made it better... took bike in for recall on master cylinder got it back several times and the front brakes kept locking up. After joe found out the issue they got on top of it still it took about 3 months. After the repair was finished when I got it home I see the fork leaking and the top left caliper bolt is rounded out. I want to take it back for repair due to them being the closest shop but I will go to Taylor's from now on. Still thank you joe and Virginia for being helpful and professional
