I applied for credit via pre-approved mailer approx a week ago & approved . I was contacted by Angie as soon as I was approved & I explained to her that I wasn’t in a rush to make a purchase until sometime in October. Angie is aware of our conversation regarding the specs of the dresser that I am looking for & she stated she would gather the info & provide it to me via email. Well I did receive a call from Angie on this past Friday asking if I was ready to come in to make a purchase, I informed her that I had not received the info that I requested, she stated she did send the email & would check her sent box & resend. I called late Saturday to inform Angie that I still had not received the requested email, however I was told she was at lunch & they would leave a message for her to return my call. Needless to say I have yet to receive requested info nor a return call from Angie. I was employed in customer service for 40+ years & I would NEVER have kept a customer waiting for over a week to provide assistance. As I stated previously, I am in no rush to make a purchase but would at least like to receive the info requested in order to proceed with possibly making a purchase with your company. So far I am not feeling confident with the assistance I have received. Update: after speaking with the manager Shana(?) today, she assured me that someone would be in touch to assist me. Wasn’t but a few minutes later I was contacted by Jennifer & she immediately provided all the information that I previously requested. Jennifer is awesome to work with, she answered every question or concern that I presented to her. Conn’s is very lucky to have Jennifer & I hope they make sure she is rewarded for her EXCELLENT service to their business!!! WELL DONE JENNIFER👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

My husband went and did all the paperwork with April. She was so sweet with both of us. I do the finances and take care of all our docs so he had to call me and put her on the line with me so I could get her the info she needed with financing. We will come back for sure and are looking forward to a good relationship. Don't let April go and treat her right no matter what!
