Yes they do just take your bill to then your I'd and social security and e BBB erybody that lives in the home proof of income before 12
Just go up there they don't take over the phone information or do help over the phone so just go up there is your best bet

You have to live in cherokee county. They do have assistance with bills, I'm not sure about rent though.
