When new management took over during the COVID-19 pandemic they cleaned up house And ran Spartanburg Steel to the ground Fireing good and hard working people and they came up with a point system that is designed to fire people I do not recommend nobody to work there hr is useless if you call up there they don't answer the phone when you know that they are in the office Very a unprofessional and they wanna work you 7 day's and give you a hole point if you wanna take a day off but when they take off it don't count against them don't nothing happen to them and they pick and choose who they like And play favorites
